OpenLDAP build farm

OpenLDAPOpen SourceSuretec Dear all,

Just a quick update to say things are moving forward on the OpenLDAP build farm and very soon (after more testing) you'll be able to submit your desired platform for testing and upload your build results!

More later (next month),

Gavin.

Alternative DNS Servers - Choice and Deployment, and Optional SQL/LDAP Back Ends

OpenLDAPOpen SourceSuretec I had the great pleasure of meeting Jan-Piet Mens at this years UKUUG LISA where I did a talk on OpenLDAP Replication Strategies.

We've talked many times before on the OpenLDAP mailing lists, but it was great to finally meet him. He actually hand delivered a signed copy of his book Alternative DNS Servers like he promised too!

I've only had the time to briefly go through it, but I'm very impressed! What is really good with respect to OpenLDAP, is that the whole appendix on OpenLDAP is perfect!

Anyway, Alternative DNS Servers is available from Amazon and has its own website too.

Thanks,

Gavin.
